If I was to purchase this item how long do, I uses it for. If I stop using do I start to snore again
Comfort level is good
Effectiveness not so well. Still snoring a bit ☹️ I’ll give it time perhaps I’m inserting it wrong 🤷🏽♀️
The first night was uncomfortable of course, the second night breathing was better and didn't even think about the nose adapter, I'm looking forward for tonight, sleeping has improved!
I don't snore as loud and I breathe better at night. I recommend this product.
