Q1.1 : How to levitate the MPG Maglev Magnetic Levitating Speaker

1. Make sure the base is turned ON and placed on a flat surface (Note: Strong magnet on the base, please keep it away from any metallic object)
2. Holding the orb in your hands, slowly lower it towards the center of the base.
3. When you feel the orb start to levitate, you will get the feeling of orb is suspending. At that time, please release very slowly. (Note: try levitation for about 10x, and if its failed, unplug the power source to base and let it cool down for 5 minutes and then try again later.
4. To make the orb spin automatically, turn the orb once manually to get it spinning in the desired direction.

Q1.2 : Why there is NO lights when charging the levitating orb?

When charging, there is red color indicator. It will turn off when fully charged. So you won't see any lights when its full charge.

 

Q1.3 : How to accept call, pause music and shuffle music when the orb is rotating.

The orb buttons are touch sensitive, you can just lightly touch on it.

 

Q2.1 : How to pair the MPG PremierPlay Wireless Earbuds?

Q2.2 : My MPG PremierPlay Earbuds has no sound at all when taken out from case.

Do the top of the earbuds blinking? Please remove the light blue transparent stickers on new earbuds in order for you to charge it. Please pair it to your smartphone as well as per Q2.4 below.

 

Q2.3 : My MPG Premier Play Earbuds case showed 100%, but the earbuds unable to hold charge at all.

Please remove the light blue transparent stickers located on the 2 earbuds charging port ( turn the earbuds upside down and you will see it). Once you remove it, put back both earbuds into the case and let it charged. You should be able to charge it now.

 

Q2.4 : I'm unable to pair my MPG Premier Play Earbuds

During the first time, you will need to pair it with your smartphone. 1st step is to take out both earbuds simultaneously from the case and insert it to your ear. Once done, go to your bluetooth setting and click search for MPG PremierPlay. Then click connect and it will pair automatically and a sound Connected will be played.

Q3.2 : What are the support language for MPG Premier Watch 5.0?

The smartwatch support Chinese, English, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Italian, Polish, Vietnamese language.

 

Q3.3 : Can be the time and date be adjusted?

Yes. However, you can only do it through your smartphone connected to smartwatch and it'll sync automatically. There is no option to adjust it in smartphone itself.

 

Q3.4 : Is MPG Premier Watch 5.0 able to connect to any software version of android and IOS smartphone?

Software version guideline : Android 4.4 or above, IOS8.2 or above

 

Q4.1 : Does this plug in or is it battery operated?

It is powered by USB power supply.

USB power to ensure maximum portability can be installed near your laptop or any USB-powered port nearby such as a power bank and etc.

Q4.2 : How does this product works?

It attracts mosquitos with a soft LED light that sucks them into a chamber where they dehydrate and die. It works both indoors and outdoors too.

Q4.3 : Does this mosquito killer kills bugs too?

Yes. It kills bugs too, and that would help you lower the risk of diseases contracted from them.

Q5.2 How to charge this fitness tracker?

It can charge through a USB. There is no need for a USB cable to connect. Take out the belt of the touch key and directly insert the USB device to charge such as computer, power bank, USB connector and etc.

Q5.3 Does the blood pressure result accurate?

Our trackers do read for reference only. It is always safe to buy a medical device such as an FDA approved blood pressure monitor or much safer to see a doctor.

Q6.2 : Why should I wear my smartwatch tightly when testing my heart rate?

By using the principle of light reflection, the smartwatch penetrates the skin with a light source and collects the signal reflected on the sensor to calculate the heart rate. If not worn tightly, ambient light will enter the sensor and affect the measurement accuracy.

Q6.3 : Can I use it while taking a bath?

No. If possible, avoid bringing it on the bathroom as the hot bath will product steam and it can penetrate inside the smartwatch casing that can cause damage.

Q6.4 : Why the watch is not connecting to the App?

Please make sure that the bluetooth of your phone is turned ON and the smartwatch is powered on. When doing a Bluetooth search, please make sure the smartwatch is not connected to another account number; when doing a Bluetooth search, please keep the smartwatch and the phone as close as possible.

Yes. One of its function is Bluetooth Music which you can control music. Play the previous and next song as well as adjusting the volume of the sound.

Q7.3 :  Can I turn off the GPS on the watch?

Yes. You may ignore this option on your watch to cancel the location. By cancelling, it will result in no motion track.

Q7.4 : Can I answer phone and call through this watch?

No. However, you can received SMS and Call reminder.
