MPG Premier Extended Warranty Program can provide you with product coverage above and beyond up to 2 years. If your product fails, we are standing by ready to help you. Please take note that this warranty is currently available for our earbuds and watches collection only.
How do I claim this Warranty Program?
You can claim this 2-year warranty program by contacting us. Warranty will be based on receipt, which is proof of purchase. Do not worry even if you lose the receipt, we have the records inside our system. Just contact us and we will process the claim for you.
What is covered by the Warranty Program?
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects in workmanship and materials
- Mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Environmental factors
- Power surge protection
What is NOT covered by the Warranty Program?
Intentional damage is not included in either warranty, nor is full water submersion for earbuds, drops over 6 feet, and lost or stolen.
How much does the Warranty Program cost?
This warranty program is currently only valid for our watches and earbuds collection, and it's only available as an up sell for only $12.79.
Can I cancel my Warranty Program?
Yes, you can cancel your plan within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please contact us and we will refund you accordingly.
Will my product be repaired or replaced?
Your products will be replaced and shipped FOC, up to 2x after our investigation. You will need to provide the proof by sending us the video/ photo of the defects. If we do not have the products anymore, we reserve the right to send you a similar value products, or you can opt for shop credit of similar value.
