If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address. If the order is lost due to the incorrect shipping information that the customer has provided, then the customer will have two (2) options:

We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (depending on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD) for the new order.
We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (depending on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD).
