How do I claim this Warranty Program?
You can claim this 2-year warranty program by contacting us. Warranty will be based on receipt, which is proof of purchase. Do not worry even if you lose the receipt, we have the records inside our system. Just contact us and we will process the claim for you.
What is covered by the Warranty Program?

What is NOT covered by the Warranty Program?
Intentional damage is not covered by either warranty, nor is full water submersion for earbuds and other products with circuitry, drops exceeding 6 feet, and lost or stolen.
